Job Role: Guest Service Associate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service

- Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with ticket purchases and provide information about showtimes and seating.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints professionally.
- Provide assistance to guests with disabilities or special needs.

2. Ticketing & Box Office

- Operate the ticketing system to sell and print tickets.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
- Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of the shift.

3. Concessions

- Prepare and serve food and beverages such as popcorn, snacks, and drinks.
- Promote and upsell combo offers and promotional items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the concession counter.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

4. Ushering

- Check and collect tickets at the theater entrance.
- Assist guests in locating their seats.




- Ensure the auditorium is clean and properly maintained.
- Monitor the theater during shows to ensure a protected and comfortable environment.
- Manage crowd flow during peak hours and special events.

5. Cleanliness & Maintenance

- Maintain cleanliness in all guest areas.
- Report maintenance or safety issues to management immediately.

6. Team Collaboration

- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth theater operations.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Support special events and promotional activities.

Education & Qualification:

- 12th Pass / PUC
- Degree / Graduation
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Aviation preferred.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
