Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care across ICU, General Ward, OPD, and Operation Theatre. The candidate should be skilled in clinical nursing procedures and patient management, ensuring safety, comfort, and compliance with hospital protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in ICU, wards, OPD, and OT
- Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and report changes to doctors
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation
- Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are followed
- Prepare and maintain OT instruments, equipment, and sterile environment
- Educate patients and attendants on treatment plans and post-care instructions




- Coordinate with healthcare team for smooth patient care delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

- GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification
- Valid Nursing Council Registration
- 2–8 years of experience in ICU, Ward, OPD, and OT
- Sound knowledge of nursing protocols and clinical procedures
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in shifts

Preferred Skills

- ICU or OT certification (added advantage)
- Experience with hospital management systems
- Strong patient care and teamwork skills
