nWe are looking for an experienced **Senior Field Sales Executive** from the **Garment/Apparel industry** to drive business expansion by **onboarding distributors, Family Stores, and Super Stores** across assigned territories. The role requires strong field presence, excellent negotiation skills, and proven expertise in retail and wholesale apparel sales.n

Key Responsibilities

- **Business Expansion & Distributorship Development**
- Identify, approach, and appoint **current distributors, Family Stores, and Super Stores** for apparel products.
- Expand market penetration and strengthen brand presence in assigned locations.
- **Field Sales & Client Acquisition**
- Conduct extensive **field sales activities** in the assigned territory.
- Perform **site visits**, meet prospective retailers and wholesalers, and fix meetings for business closures.
- Showcase samples and effectively **pitch product offerings** to convert leads into long-term clients.
- **Sales Strategy & Target Achievement**
- Develop and execute **sales strategies** aligned with company objectives.
- Achieve and exceed **monthly sales targets** through effective planning and execution.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- **Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain **strong, long-term relationships** with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive support and follow-ups.




- **Payments & Compliance**
- Collect **online payments only** and ensure timely payment closures as per company policies.
- Strictly **avoid cash transactions** under all circumstances.
- Adhere to company **SOPs, guidelines, and compliance policies**.
- **Administrative & Support Duties**
- Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

nRequired Skills & Qualificationsn
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in **field sales within the Garment/Apparel industry**.
- Strong knowledge of **retail, wholesale, and apparel distribution networks**.
- Proven ability to **appoint distributors and onboard large-format stores**.
- Excellent **convincing, negotiation, and communication skills**.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
- Familiarity with digital payment collection and basic sales reporting.
