We're looking for a Pharmacy Assistant cum Front Office Assistant to join our homoeopathic clinic team. As a key member of our staff, you'll be responsible for assisting with pharmacy operations, managing front office tasks, and providing excellent customer service.

\*Key Responsibilities:\*

- \*Pharmacy Operations:\*
- Dispense medicines accurately as per doctor prescriptions
- Guide customers on medication usage, dosage, and side effects
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
- Check expiry dates and ensure safe storage of medicines
- \*Front Office Tasks:\*
- Greet patients, answer queries, and schedule appointments
- Manage patient records, billing, and insurance claims
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications
- \*Customer Service:\*
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns




- Maintain a clean and organized front office and pharmacy area

n\*Qualifications:n
- Any degree
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with pharmacy management software
- Experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage
