- *Key Responsibilities**

nCandidate should have 2+ years of experience in Background verification.n

Proven experience in background verification, HR administration, or related roles

n

Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements related to employment screening

n

Prior experience working with background screening vendors.

n

Demonstrate ability and integrity when working with confidential data

n

Good communication (verbal and written), organizational, and coordination skills

n

Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, or background screening software.

n

Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

n

Initiate, track, and complete background checks (employment history, education verification, criminal records, credit checks, etc.) for new hires and existing employees.

n

Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date records of all background verification activities in HR systems.

n

Ensure all background checks adhere to legal and company standards,



including GDPR and other relevant regulations

n

Serve as the point of contact for candidates, employees, and internal teams regarding background check processes.

n

Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues arising during the verification process.

n

Implement and uphold company policies related to background screening and data privacy.

n

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the background verification workflow

n

Liaise with third-party background screening agencies to ensure timely and accurate completion of verifications.

n
