- *Job Summary**

nWe are actively seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in finance and accounting principles, coupled with a proactive approach to handling various aspects of financial management.n
- *Responsibilities:**
- **Regular Accounting:**
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records.
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- **Compliance:**
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Assist in preparing tax returns and liaise with external auditors during audits.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
- **Record Handling:**




- Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for financial records.
- Handle confidential financial information with discretion.
- **Payroll & Relationships:**
- Process payroll in an accurate and timely manner, including tax deductions and benefits administration.
- Address employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
- Collaborate with HR for seamless coordination between finance and human resources.
- **Report Management:**
- Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate financial information effectively to management and other departments.
- *Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- *Skills:**
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have experience or Knowledge in Tally
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
