? About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Intern to support our Study Abroad programs.

In this role, you will work closely with learners and internal teams, ensuring a smooth and seamless learner journey—from application to program completion. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the international education ecosystem.

? Key Responsibilities

✔️ Coordinate with learners, counselors, and internal teams for smooth program delivery

✔️ Engage with students through calls, emails, and webinars

✔️ Support end-to-end learner journey (onboarding, documentation, tracking, follow-ups)

✔️ Work on projects like learner experience improvement, application & visa process optimization

✔️ Track learner progress and resolve queries proactively

✔️ Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations

✔️ Good stakeholder management & coordination ability

✔️ Ability to build and maintain learner relationships

✔️ High ownership and accountability

✔️ Strong organizational and multitasking skills

✔️ Proactive mindset with willingness to learn

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

✔️ Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Education, Communications, or related fields

✔️ Interest in study abroad / international education / EdTech

✔️ Prior experience in student engagement, counseling, or operations is a plus
