Responsibilities:

- You will design and lead scalable data architectures to support structured, semi-structured, time-series, and unstructured data across company’s global operations.
- Develop unified data platforms ensuring secure, governed, and efficient access to enterprise-wide data.
- Build and manage robust data pipelines integrating sources like ERP systems, IoT devices, iHistorian, web services, and external APIs.
- Leverage modern data engineering stacks (Python, SQL, Spark, Delta Lake, Databricks, Azure) to enable large-scale, high-performance processing.
- You will automate workflows and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure platform operability, 24/7 availability, and efficient resource utilization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to deliver impactful, business-aligned data solutions across functional domains.
- Also continuously improve systems by implementing innovations in scalability, maintainability, and performance using the latest data technologies is part of your role.

Requirements:





- You have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related Engineering areas with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing settings to develop data-engineering solutions, tools and software applications.
- Extremely needed manufacturing experience.
- At least 1 year with System design architecture.
- 5+ years of experience evaluating and implementing data-engineering and software technologies.
- In addition, you have experience in programming languages and frameworks: SQL, Python, Spark, Databricks (Delta Lake).
- Experience in data storages - SQL and NoSQL databases, Azure Data Lake Storage - and in developing data solutions, models, API and software applications using SQL, Python and .NET.
- Working knowledge of Azure infrastructure management and resource deployment, system networking and security and data visualization tools like PowerBI, Grafana, and Tableau.
- Preferred qualifications are a Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science or related Engineering areas with five (5) years of experience in developing data-engineering solutions, tools and software applications.
- Strong programming skills and demonstrated ability to work in complex software developments.
- Further, you have knowledge of machine learning theory with practical development experience.

Not necessary but is a plus to have programing experience in DotNet (hands on)
