About the Role
As Head of Strategic Outreach & Partnerships, you will own end-to-end revenue development across all Knowledge Networks initiatives. You will identify, cultivate, and close strategic relationships with global corporations, foundations, law firms, trade associations, and government bodies.
This is a high-impact, externally facing leadership role that demands exceptional relationship instincts, commercial acumen, and the ability to craft compelling value propositions for sophisticated audiences. This is a rare chance to shape a first-of-its-kind AI ecosystem organization from the inside.
What You'll Do
- Lead all strategic outreach for sponsorships, partnerships, and donor development across multiple AI-focused platforms
- Identify and prioritize high-value targets among Fortune 500 companies, global law firms, foundations, and government institutions
- Build and manage a structured pipeline of 50+ active prospects, with clear qualification, nurturing, and conversion stages
- Craft highly personalized outreach — from initial introductions to formal partnership proposals — tailored to each segment's priorities
- Represent Knowledge Networks at international conferences, roundtables, and industry forums to build brand visibility and source inbound leads
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with C-suite executives, General Counsel, Chief AI Officers, and policy directors
- Collaborate with platform leads to structure tiered partnership packages with compelling ROI narratives
- Report weekly on pipeline performance, outreach velocity,
and revenue forecasts directly to the Founder & Chairman
Requirements
- 5–7 years in sponsorship sales, business development, or institutional fundraising
- Demonstrated track record securing six- to seven-figure commitments from global corporations, foundations, or government bodies
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (3–12 months)
- Hands-on CRM experience (Zoho) with disciplined pipeline management
- Strong writing skills — able to produce polished proposals, pitch decks, and executive briefings independently
Strongly Preferred
- Prior experience in AI, technology policy, think tanks, associations, or international affairs
- Existing network within global corporates, law firms, or multilateral institutions
- Experience working across multiple geographies (North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific)
- Background in marketing, communications, or content-led outreach strategies
- Comfort operating across digital media, events, and programmatic sponsorship formats

- Strategic framing — able to connect partner priorities to platform value propositions with precision
- Resilience & drive — thrives on rejection, iterates fast, and maintains high outreach volumes without sacrificing quality
- Cross-cultural fluency — experienced navigating different institutional cultures and decision-making styles internationally
- Entrepreneurial instinct — comfortable with ambiguity, able to build processes from scratch in a lean, founder-led environment
