About The Role

Job Title: ERP Analyst

Role Summary

We are seeking an ERP Analyst with hands-on Epicor Kinetic experience to support system configuration, workflows, reporting, and day-to-day ERP operations. This role provides L2/L3 support and partners with business users to deliver reliable and effective Epicor Kinetic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional and system support for Epicor Kinetic across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.
- Configure and maintain Kinetic workflows, BPMs, dashboards, BAQs, labels, and forms.
- Support UI and process enhancements using Application Studio.
- Investigate and resolve user-reported issues through root-cause analysis.
- Provide L2/L3 ERP application support and maintain support documentation.
- Support Kinetic upgrades, quarterly releases, and testing activities.
- Assist with integration, data migration, and production deployments.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and user training materials.
- Promote best practices and consistent system usage.

Mandatory Skills





- Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes.
- Experience with workflows, BPMs, BAQs, dashboards and reporting.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience providing L2/L3 ERP application support.

Desired Skills

- Experience with Application Studio.
- Knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain processes.
- Experience with SSRS reports, labels, and forms.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs or system integrations.
- SQL or technical troubleshooting experience.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, or related field.
- 5 - 7 years of Epicor ERP experience, preferably Kinetic.
