? Role Overview:

Are you excited about how search is evolving beyond Google?

As an AI Experience / AEO / GEO Engineer, you will lead strategies that optimize brand visibility across AI-driven discovery platforms, answer engines, and generative search ecosystems. This role goes beyond traditional SEO—focusing on how brands appear in AI-generated responses, voice assistants, and LLM-powered platforms.

You will work closely with product, content, and growth teams to build AI-first discovery strategies that drive visibility, authority, and engagement in the next generation of search.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies
- Optimize content for visibility across AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and voice assistants
- Structure content for AI readability, summarization, and citation in generative responses
- Implement schema markup, structured data, and entity-based optimization
- Build and optimize knowledge graph presence and semantic search relevance




- Collaborate with content teams to create AI-first, intent-driven content frameworks
- Analyze performance metrics such as AI visibility, answer inclusion, and entity authority
- Stay updated with evolving trends in LLMs, generative search, and AI discovery ecosystems
- Work with engineering teams on content pipelines, APIs, and AI integrations
- Experiment with prompt engineering and AI content optimization techniques

✨ Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field
- 1-2 years of experience in AEO / GEO / AI Search / Semantic SEO / AI-driven content optimization
- Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI, and conversational search behavior
- Hands-on experience with structured data, schema, and semantic search principles
- Familiarity with platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, etc.
- Experience in content structuring for AI consumption (FAQs, entities, summaries, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret AI-driven performance metrics
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

- Experience with prompt engineering and AI workflows
- Understanding of knowledge graphs and entity-based SEO
- Exposure to AI content generation and automation tools
- Basic technical knowledge of APIs, HTML/CSS, or CMS platforms
- Experience working in AI-first startups or digital innovation teams
