About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Client Servicing team at RepIndia. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with B2C, lifestyle, or fashion brands and possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, reporting, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day client servicing for social media and digital marketing accounts

• Work closely with internal teams (creative, media, strategy) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns





• Prepare and present detailed reports (monthly, campaign-wise) with actionable insights

• Analyze campaign performance and derive learnings to optimize future strategies

• Coordinate with media teams and demonstrate a basic understanding of media metrics (reach, impressions, CTR, etc.)

• Identify and execute topical opportunities (moment marketing) aligned with brand communication

• Handle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines

• Ensure timely delivery of all client requirements and deliverables

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing/social media/digital marketing

• Experience working with B2C, lifestyle, or fashion brands is preferred

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create reports

• Basic understanding of digital/media metrics and campaign tracking

• Exposure to campaign planning and execution

• Ability to work on multiple accounts and manage priorities efficiently

• Quick turnaround time on deliverables, especially reports
