About the Graduate Internship Programme

This is not a “observe and learn” internship.

From the outset, interns are expected to think critically, work with data, and contribute to real commercial decisions that impact revenue, margins, and operational performance. You will work closely with senior leadership, take ownership of defined workstreams, and be evaluated on output, judgment, and reliability — not effort alone.

Those who perform at a consistently high standard will be considered for early progression into full-time roles within the business.

What You’ll Work On

Depending on business needs and performance, you may be involved in:

- Analysing data across sourcing, suppliers, pricing, and performance metrics
- Supporting commercial decision-making through structured analysis and clear reasoning
- Researching products, categories, and market opportunities within global e-commerce




- Translating data into practical insights that inform real business actions
- Presenting findings and recommendations directly to senior stakeholders

This role demands accuracy, pace, and ownership.

Who This Is For

We are selective about who joins this programme.

We’re looking for individuals who are:

- Recent graduates (0–2 years) with strong analytical capability
- Commercially minded — able to understand how decisions affect outcomes
- Comfortable working with numbers, data, and structured problem-solving
- Clear, confident communicators in English
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable for their work
- Based in or able to commute to Gurgaon for full-time, on-site work

Preferred (but not mandatory) backgrounds:

Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business, Management, or similarly analytical disciplines.
