What You’ll Do

As a Trade Manager, you will lead deal execution, manage trading risk, and build scalable trade processes across global carbon and renewable energy certificate markets. You will work closely with origination/sales, finance, legal, and compliance to drive profitable and compliant growth.

Key Responsibilities

n
Execute and negotiate OTC trades end-to-end (pricing, contracting, closure)
Manage trading book, pricing, margins, and risk strategies
Track market trends, regulations, and identify trade opportunities
Collaborate with sales, finance, legal,



and counterparties for seamless execution
Ensure compliance, reporting, and smooth settlement processes

What We’re Looking For

n
6+ years of total experience, with 4–6 years in carbon credits/IRECs/environmental commodities
Solid understanding of carbon market mechanisms and environmental commodity trading
Proven experience in structuring and negotiating OTC contracts and commercial terms
Solid analytical capabilities, market research skills, and comfort with financial modelling
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
