Role Overview

Agilitas is building a robust and future-ready Finance team to support its growth across brands, retail, manufacturing, and distribution. We are looking for qualified Chartered Accountants with 3 – 5 years of experience who are keen to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline, improve reporting processes,



and support business decision-making.

n

Key Responsibilities

n
Support monthly financial closing and preparation of management reports
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Partner with business teams on financial planning and commercial decisions
Ensure accounting accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.)
Support internal and external audit processes
Strengthen financial processes, controls, and reporting discipline
Assist in financial analysis for recent initiatives and business opportunities
Monitor and manage financial transactions and reconciliations.

What We’re Looking Forn
CA with 3–5 years of experience
Solid analytical and financial reporting skills
Good understanding of accounting and compliance
High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally
Comfortable working in a fast-scaling, dynamic organization
