Role Description*

nThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive based in Raipur.n

The Operations

nExecutive will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring productive workflow and smooth processes.n

Responsibilities include managing operational tasks, supporting the coordination of travel services, and assisting with communication across teams and with clients.



This role requires effective multitasking and a customer-focused approach to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications*
Solid Operations and Operations Management skills with the ability to handle processes efficiently
Exceptional Interpersonal Skills to build positive relationships with clients, vendors, and teams
Solid Communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear and effective interactions
Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Proficiency in software tools related to operations or travel management is a plus
Relevant experience in travel or hospitality operations is preferred but not mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Operations Management, or a related field is advantageous
