Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Stores & Inventory Executive to manage day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate will support material handling, inventory tracking, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth production and dispatch operations. This role requires someone organized, reliable, and capable of maintaining accurate inventory records while ensuring proper material flow within the factory.
Key Responsibilities:
Material Receiving & Verification: Receive incoming materials, verify quantities against purchase orders and invoices, and coordinate with the quality team for inspection before acceptance.
Inventory & Storage Management: Store materials in designated locations, maintain proper stock records,
and ensure materials are organized for easy identification and retrieval.
Material Issuance for Production: Issue materials as per approved BOM and production requirements while maintaining accurate stock updates.
Dispatch Coordination: Assist with packing and dispatch of materials and finished goods, ensuring proper documentation and verification of items being shipped.
Delivery Challan Handling: Prepare and track delivery challans for materials sent and ensure proper reconciliation when materials are received back.
Stock Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain inventory records, support periodic stock audits, and report discrepancies, ageing stock, or shortages to the management.
Requirements:
Education: UG Degree
Experience: Upto 2 years of experience in a relevant area.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
Robust attention to detail and record-keeping ability
Positive coordination and communication skills
