Designation: EXIM Executive (Export / Import)

Location: Takawe, Maharashtra

Role & Responsibilities:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Import & Export operations.
Prepare and manage export/import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, Shipping Instructions, LC documents, etc.) in compliance with statutory requirements.
Coordinate with Customs, CHA, excise authorities, and freight forwarders for smooth clearance of shipments.
Ensure compliance with customs tariffs, HS codes, duties, and regulations.
Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers; share regular shipment updates.
Prepare MIS reports and maintain records of EXIM activities, suppliers, and logistics partners.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
