Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Product Manager with strong problem-solving abilities and a go-getter attitude to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will take ownership of our Finance & Accounting education products, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with market and student needs. This role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a agile EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the product roadmap for Accounting programs, from ideation to execution.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and student feedback evaluation to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Collaborate with academic experts, faculty, technology, and marketing teams to design and deliver impactful learning experiences.
- Define and monitor key success metrics (enrollments,



learning outcomes, student satisfaction).
- Drive experiments, pilot launches, and iterations based on data-driven insights.
- Ensure seamless student experience across online, hybrid, and offline program formats.
- Represent the product internally and externally, including public speaking engagements, webinars, and industry events (an advantage if skilled in communication and presentations).

Qualifications

- ACCA qualified candidate
- Minimum 3 years of experience preferably in Product Management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Creative thinker with a bias for action and a go-getter attitude.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & public speaking ability is a strong plus.
