Job Title: Customer Service Associate – Airlines Process
Location: Gurugram
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office
Job Summary
We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Customer Service Airlines process. The role involves handling customer complaints, coordinating with multiple teams, and ensuring timely and effective issue resolution. Candidates with prior airline BPO experience will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer complaints and analyze the issue from the customer’s perspective
- Coordinate with internal teams and departments for timely resolution
- Work across multiple applications and systems to manage cases efficiently
- Contact customers when required to gather additional information or provide updates
- Ensure high-quality customer service delivery from the client location
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a customer service environment
- Prior experience in airline BPO is mandatory and highly preferred
- Freshers are not eligible
Required Skills
- Strong written communication and email comprehension skills
- Positive verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and resolve customer issues effectively
- Comfortable working across multiple tools and applications
- Strong coordination and teamwork abilities
Work Requirements
- Willing to work from the office in Gurugram (client location)
- Open to 5-day working week (Monday to Sunday on rotational shifts)
- Must be comfortable working on weekends as per rotation
- No transport facility or reimbursement provided
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
