Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Associates to join our growing BPO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, or chats professionally
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required
Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally
- Problem-solving and active listening skills
- Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)
- Team player with a positive attitude
Eligibility:
- 0–1 year of experience (Freshers welcome)
- Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
- Immediate joiners preferred
