Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing professional to promote and grow our business in the polymers and packaging sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

Sales Operations :

- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with clients in the polymers and packaging industry.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through B2B and industrial customer engagement.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical specs to clients.




- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while maintaining profitability.
- Maintain client databases, manage CRM entries, and provide regular follow-ups
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline status, forecast analysis, and performance reviews.

Required:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits - Across Tamil Nādu

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
