Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with candidates during the hiring process
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support employee onboarding activities
- Assist in drafting HR documents and communications
- Help in attendance tracking and HR operations
- Coordinate with different teams for HR-related tasks

Requirements

- Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
