We are Prakash & Co - Hierer's Centering Materials Scaffolding.
We looking for Recovery Manager to Handle our 6 Branches
Mettupalayam, Sirumugai, Sathyamanagalam, Nambiyur, Kotagiri and Veerapandi Pirivu.

Recovery Manager – Material & Payment

1. Material Recovery & Follow-up

- Follow up with clients / site engineers for return of rented building and centering materials.
- Ensure materials are returned within agreed rental period.
- Coordinate with field staff and branch teams for collection and site visits.
- Identify overdue material recoveries and escalate cases to management.

2. Payment Recovery & Collection

- Follow up with customers for outstanding rental dues and material bills.
- Monitor ageing of receivables and prioritize overdue accounts.
- Coordinate with accounts team on pending invoices, debit notes, and settlement details.
- Negotiate payment schedules and ensure timely collections.
- Escalate long-pending payments to management.

3. Recovery Records & Documentation

- Collect material issue/return details and shortage/damage reports from branch staff.
- Maintain recovery-related records (material pending, payment pending).
- Prepare recovery reports and pending statements based on branch data.
- Track recovery status of shortages/damages reported by branches.

4. Client Coordination

- Communicate professionally with contractors, site supervisors, and billing teams.
- Clarify rental terms, material responsibility, and payment commitments.
- Follow up with customers regarding shortages/damages as reported by branch.
- Maintain strong client relationships while ensuring recovery.

5. Branch Loss/Damage Coordination





- Branch staff are responsible for material checking, shortages, and damage assessment.
- Receive shortage/damage details from branches and initiate recovery follow-up with customers.
- Escalate unresolved shortage/damage cases to management.
- Track closure of shortage/damage recovery cases.

6. Operational Support

- Coordinate with branch/warehouse teams for material collection and updates.
- Support accounts in recovery-related billing or debit notes.
- Prepare weekly/monthly recovery performance reports (material & payment).

7. Legal Follow-up & Case Handling

- Ensure rental agreements, delivery challans, and return challans are properly signed and documented.
- Conduct strict follow-up for overdue materials and payments.
- If customers refuse return/payment, initiate legal action as per company procedures.
- Prepare documents for legal notices, police complaints, or civil recovery cases.
- Coordinate with company lawyer for notice issue, case filing, and follow-up.
- Maintain evidence and communication records for legal proceedings.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Any Degree / Diploma preferred.
- 3–5 years’ experience in Building Materials / Centering / Rental / Collection / Recovery.
- Solid follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of material handling, site operations, and billing basics.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / ERP / WhatsApp).
- Willingness to travel to sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
