Responsibilities

- Generate leads through offline fieldwork .
- Generate leads through online channels (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, etc.)
- Communicate effectively with potential clients and explain offerings
- Assist in client onboarding and conversion process
- Execute daily targets and report performance to team leaders
- Work with the operations team to implement strategies and optimize results

Requirements

- Strong communication skills in Hindi/English
- Comfortable interacting with recent people (field + online)
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused
- Willingness to work in both offline and digital channels
- Basic understanding of lead tracking tools or willingness to learn

Compensation

- ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 / month (performance-based)
- Additional incentives and bonuses for achieving daily/weekly targets
- High earning potential for consistent performers
