- *Key Responsibilities**

Contract
nLifecycle & Documentationn
- Support the
- *drafting, review, and vetting**
nof various agreements, including EPC, supply, O&M;, and subcontractor contracts.n
- Assist in the end-to-end management of the contract lifecycle, from initial drafting through to execution and archival.
- Maintain and organize a comprehensive
- *contract repository**
n, ensuring all executed documents and amendments are accurately filed.n
- Compliance & Milestone Tracking
- Develop and manage a
- *Key Date Compliance Tracker**
nto monitor critical contractual deadlines, including renewals, expirations, and performance milestones.n
- Ensure all internal and external stakeholders are notified in advance of upcoming contractual obligations and compliance filings.
- Track updates in
- *MNRE guidelines**
n, PPA and EPC requirements,
and other relevant sector regulations to ensure ongoing project compliance.n

Legal
nSupport & MISn
- Maintain an updated
- *Management Information System (MIS)**
nand trackers for all ongoing legal notices, claims, and dispute resolution matters.n
- Liaise with internal project and finance teams to gather data required for risk assessments and contractual reviews.
- Assist senior legal professionals in preparing settlement documentation and coordinating with external counsels.
- *Experience & Qualifications**
- **Education:**
nLLB degree is mandatory.n
- **Experience:**
- *2–3 years**
nof relevant experience in legal and contract management.n
- **Domain Knowledge:**
n
Prior exposure to the
n
- *Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, or EPC**
nsectors is highly preferred.n
- **Technical Skills:**
nStrong proficiency in legal drafting and a high level of comfort working with trackers and Excel-based MIS tools.n
- *Key Competencies**

nEssential for managing compliance dates and identifying contractual risks.n
- **Organized Workflow:**
