Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy metrics in addition to predictive models to solve HR problems (., attrition prediction, talent sourcing, compensation modeling).
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and generate actionable insights on workforce trends.
- Partner with HRBPs, talent acquisition, Talant development and other groups across HR to develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations .
- Work with large, complex datasets from various HR systems
- Align with the HR data governance team to ensure consistent metric definition
- Translate complex data insights into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Required
- . or degree
- 5-7 years industry experience in reporting and analytics
- Attention to detail and follow-through
- Possess a personable and confident manner with good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Experience working with human resources data, reporting, and analytics
- Experience working with large volumes of data and testing data flow across multiple systems
- Ability to document complex business and technical processes
- Experience with key software development processes such as requirements, sprint planning, testing, and change management
- Ability to collaborate with data analysts, software engineers, business partners and other stakeholders
- Experience with agile methodology and project management
- Robust critical thinking, problem solving and data analysis skills
- Aptitude to learn new software and data solutions
- Preferred
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent systems
- Prior experience as an application Product Manager or Product Owner
