Job Overview
Al Academia is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support business growth by engaging with prospective students, promoting educational programs, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate potential leads through various outreach methods.
Communicate with prospective students and provide information about Al Academia's programs and offerings.
Conduct effective sales conversations and convert leads into enrollments.
Manage student onboarding and maintain regular follow-ups with potential candidates.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions.
Collaborate with the internal team to achieve business and enrollment targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
0-1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client engagement (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
Compensation & Benefits
CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA (Post-Probation)
Salary Structure: ₹3.5 LPA Fixed + ₹1.5 LPA Performance Incentives
Probation Period: 4 months with ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month stipend
