Position Summary:

The Technology Architect designs and develops software applications/platforms, manages technical debts and decides technology roadmaps for existing platforms. He/She should have robust analytical, problem solving, Software programming, Software Database, and architecting skills with ability to evaluate pros/cons of each technology component and take a balanced call. He/She should have extensive implementation experience on building large-scale systems. Any exposure to AI/ML and Data science is an added advantage.

Required Skills:

Key Responsibilities

- Define architecture and technology strategy for multiple applications.
- Lead design and development of large-scale software systems.
- Create and maintain High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
- Establish coding standards, best practices, and testing strategies.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Manage technical debt and drive platform modernization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Communicate technical solutions, risks,



and project updates to leadership.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies.

Core Technical Skills

Application Development

- Strong hands-on experience in Java / .NET / Python / Node.js
- Frontend technologies: Angular / React / ASP.NET
- Experience with MEAN/MERN or modern full-stack architectures
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, coding standards, and debugging.

Databases

- RDBMS: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL
- SQL expertise and performance optimization
- NoSQL databases: MongoDB
- Preferred: Hibernate, Liquibase

Cloud & DevOps

- Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP (PaaS environments)
- DevOps tools: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git
- Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience.

Data Engineering

- Experience building data pipelines and managing data platforms
- Technologies: Apache Spark, Kafka, AWS Glue
- Data Warehousing: BigQuery, AWS Redshift.

AI / Machine Learning (Added Advantage)

- Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
- Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision exposure
- Tools: Hugging Face, GPT/BERT/LLaMA, OpenCV, YOLO.

MLOps & Automation

- MLflow, Kubeflow, Terraform, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD
- Model deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Additional Skills

- Data visualization: Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau/Power BI (optional)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with enterprise-scale distributed systems.
- Exposure to AI/ML Ops implementations.
- Cloud or Architecture certifications preferred.
