Handle calling based communication with vendors for the gifting platform across birthday, anniversary, and corporate gifting categories.

What you will do

- Call vendors for onboarding coordination
- Follow up with vendors for document submission and basic details
- Confirm vendor information such as product category, pricing, delivery areas, and working hours over calls
- Remind vendors about pending onboarding steps
- Maintain clear call updates and hand over collected information to the internal team
- Coordinate with vendors through calls to ensure smooth communication during onboarding
