Job Description: We are urgently seeking skilled MEP BIM professionals to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with international projects, particularly in the US construction industry. Expertise in Dynamo is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage BIM models for MEP disciplines.

· Collaborate with design teams to integrate BIM models across various project stages.

· Ensure BIM models meet all required standards and specifications.

· Coordinate with international teams to ensure seamless project execution.

· Utilize Dynamo to enhance and automate BIM workflows.

· Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM processes and tools.

· Develop 3D MEP models using Autodesk Revit based on design drawings and specifications.

· Create detailed HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical system models .

· Prepare shop drawings, sleeve drawings, and installation drawings .

· Perform clash detection and coordination using Autodesk Navisworks .

· Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and other MEP disciplines .

· Update models based on RFIs, design changes and site feedback .

· Maintain BIM standards and project modeling guidelines .





· Support BIM Coordinators and Project Engineers during coordination meetings

Requirements :

· Experience: Proven experience in MEP BIM, with a strong portfolio of international projects, especially

in the US construction industry.

· Skills : Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.). Expertise in Dynamo is an added advantage.

· Education : Degree in /Civil/Mechanical/Elec Engineering,

· Knowledge : Familiarity with US construction standards and practices.

· Availability : Able to join immediately.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

· Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
