About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a positive and skilled attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the sales and support team to meet business goals.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in customer service or sales will be an advantage (fresher may also apply).
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
