We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our fast-growing eCommerce business. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring for roles across operations, technology, marketing, and customer support within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

- *Role & responsibilities**
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
- Handle bulk hiring for warehouse, logistics, and customer service roles
- Recruit for niche roles such as digital marketing, product management, and tech teams
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process




- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)
- Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment database
- *Preferred candidate profile**
- Experience in hiring for eCommerce roles (warehouse, supply chain, digital marketing, tech)
- Familiarity with ATS and HR software
- Experience in employer branding and campus hiring
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in eCommerce/startups)
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools and job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-volume hiring and tight deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management skills
