minimum 15 years of regular, full time education (10 + 2 + 3) is mandatory.*
Required Skills*

nCreate Demand Plan in line with Customer Guidelines & Market Trendn

Compare and Analyse the Forecasted data with Previous years / quarters to improve the forecast accuracy.

n

Build Predictive model for forecasting.

n

Co-ordinate with Category Managers to improve Forecasting accuracy by providing insights on products & Product category.

n

Monitoring performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

n

Pay close attention to details to identify exceptions, anomalies, and discrepancies in forecast accuracy reports.

n
Skill Set-*

nDemand planners should have a solid understanding of the retail industry, including supply chain dynamics, demand forecasting principles,



and inventory management concepts.n

Proficiency in using forecasting and data analysis tools.

n

Familiar with tools like Power BI, Excel, and other software used for forecasting, inventory management, and data analysis.

n

knowledge of JDA and Microsoft cloud database systems is beneficial.

n

Effective communication, share insights, and align strategies for accurate forecasting and inventory management.

n

open to learning recent tools, techniques, and approaches to enhance forecast accuracy and continuously improve inventory decision-making processes.

n
