Lead and mentor a team of frontend and full stack developers to ensure high-quality code and adherence to established guidelines.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Job Requirements

Solid hands-on expertise in React.js, with experience building scalable, performant, and accessible web applications.




Proven experience in Test Driven Development (JUnit, TestNG, EasyMock, JMock).
Experience supporting Unix/Linux platforms.
Exposure to building microservices and APIs ideally with REST, Kafka, or gRPC.
Experience with relational databases and/or NoSQL Databases (e.g., Apache Cassandra).
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with at least one JavaScript library like RxJS or NgRx.
Knowledge of at least one distributed version control system, ideally Git.
Positive written and verbal communication skills in English.
Willingness to work with global project teams spread across several time zones.
Understanding of Agile project management fields, with an emphasis on Scrum.
Strong partnership, communication, and time management abilities.
Knowledge and curiosity about the financial services industry domain.
Positive understanding of designing and architecture of applications according to web standards and security standards.
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and Helm.
Experience with Azure DevOps or equivalent CI/CD.
Experience with AI-related projects/products or working in an AI research setting.
