Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Assist in customer account setup and onboarding
Provide support for basic customer queries and issues via email, chat, or calls
Monitor applications and identify/report technical issues
Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to senior team members
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and tickets
Follow internal processes and ensure proper documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
