nWe are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at American Express. In this role, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for our brand, engaging with Card Members to provide exceptional service and tailored solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to handle a high volume of inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized product recommendations that enhance customer loyalty. This position offers an exciting prospect to make a tangible impact by delivering memorable service experiences, fostering long-term relationships, and supporting the company's growth objectives.n

You will utilize your communication skills, technical proficiency, and empathetic approach to understand customer needs, provide accurate information, and promote our products and benefits. Collaboration with team members and adherence to compliance standards are essential components of this role. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resilient, and passionate about delivering excellence in every customer interaction.

- *Qualifications**
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a voice-based role within a BPO or captive environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Strong resilience and emotional intelligence to manage high call volumes and stressful situations positively.
- Technical aptitude to navigate multiple computer systems and applications efficiently and accurately.
- Integrity and discretion in handling sensitive customer information, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
- Dependability, punctuality, and a commitment to delivering timely service.
- *Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls with professionalism and a customer-first mentality.
- Identify customer needs through active listening and provide tailored solutions that align with their preferences and circumstances.
- Promote and educate customers about American Express products, benefits, and services to deepen engagement and loyalty.
- Address various customer inquiries, including statement questions, card replacements, payments, rewards redemptions, and account updates.




- Utilize available tools and resources to resolve issues efficiently and anticipate customer needs to ensure first contact resolution.
- Achieve and surpass performance metrics related to sales, quality, compliance, and productivity targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
