Responsibilities Include

n⦁ Calling the leads provided in the CRM and understanding their requirements of career up-skilling and pitch the right course as per their needs.n

⦁ Consistentlyachieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.

n

⦁ Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers.

n

⦁ Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.

n

⦁ Should be maintaining all customer interactions in the CRM.

n

⦁ Should have decent exposure working with any CRM like Salesforce, Zoho, etc.

n

⦁ Managing all pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned leads.

n

⦁ Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. ⦁ Consistentlyachieve revenue targets in line with team/ organizational objectives.

⦁ To understand customer requirements in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback.

n

Skills Preferred

⦁ Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated

Qualification: Any Graduation / Post Graduation (Except Bachelors of Arts and Masters of Arts)

Number of working days- 6 days

n

Working Hours- Total 9 Hours

n

Including 1 hour Break

nTotal productive Hours- 8 hoursn

Compensation

nFor Both Interns and Full Time Employees:n

First 6 Months (Internship/Training Period):

n

₹25,000/- fixed salary per month + performance-based incentives

n

Post Completion of 6 Months:

n

CTC will be revised to ₹8 LPA, comprising:

n

₹4.2 LPA Fixed

n

₹3.8 LPA Variable

n

Your first month’s salary will be on hold and it will be released along with your Fourth month salary, This is just for the retention purpose as per the company norms, will be same for both Interns and Full time employees.

n

Note

nNo Agreement, Bond or Contract will be taken from Company side if you want to leave the company at any point of time you just need to serve the notice period and you can relieve from us.n

Company will provide leaves only for Final Examinations not for Internals and No Preparatory Leaves.

n

It’s purely a Work from Office. No work from Home is provided.

n
