- *Key Responsibilities:**

n

Client Acquisition

nIdentify and develop new business opportunitiesn

Target US based first-party and third-party collections companies seeking outsourcing partners.

n

Generate leads through LinkedIn, industry directories, cold outreach, networking, and referrals.

n

Build and maintain a solid pipeline of potential clients.

n

Sales & Deal Closure

n

Conduct client discovery calls and needs assessments.

n

Prepare proposals, pricing models, and service presentations.

n

Negotiate contracts and close deals.

n

Market Development

nResearch collections industry trends and outsourcing demand in target countries.n

Build relationships with collections agency owners, operations heads, and decision makers.

n

Represent the company in industry forums, online communities, and conferences where possible.

n

Account Coordination

nWork closely with internal operations, IT, and management teams during client onboarding.n





- *Required Skills & Experience**

n

Essential

nMinimum 2 years experience in International BPO Outbound Sales / Business Developmentn

Experience in selling services to US based clients on B2B campaigns

n

- *Excellent English communication and presentation skills.**

nExperience using LinkedIn and email outreach for international lead generation.n
- *Preferred:**

nPrior experience working with US or UK outbound telemarketing campaignsn

Familiarity with dialer platforms such as Vicidial, GoAutoDial, or similar.

n

Knowledge of preparing PPT presentations, MS Excel, email communication, preparing proposals, quotes, etc.
