- *Role Description**

nThe Business Analyst will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.n

Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, optimizing business processes, preparing detailed documentation, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.

The Business





nAnalyst will also identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency. This is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi.n

- *Qualifications**
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess processes, and identify actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Business Analysis, including gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
- Excellent Communication skills for effectively liaising between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Knowledge of Business Processes with the ability to optimize workflows and suggest enhancements.
- Experience in defining and documenting clear, concise Business Requirements for technical teams.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms, such as ERP systems or data analysis tools, is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with the Built Industry or similar sectors is advantageous but not required.
