- *Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assist passengers in booking Rapido Bike, Auto, and Cab rides through the Rapido app
- Help new users with app installation, registration, and payment setup
- Provide accurate information on fare estimates, pickup locations, and waiting area
- Manage passenger flow and guide customers during peak hours at the railway station
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues to the Rapido Captain Support team when required
- Maintain basic records of daily bookings, customer interactions, and queries
- Ensure the help desk is clean, organized, and customer-friendly at all times
- Coordinate with on-ground operations teams for smooth service delivery
- Deliver a positive customer experience by being polite, patient, and professional
- *Preferred Candidate Profile**
- 12th Pass or Undergraduate students preferred
- Fresher or candidates with basic customer service experience
- Valuable communication skills in local language and basic Hindi/English
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications
- Customer-focused, polite, and patient with a problem-solving attitude
- Willing to work in a fast-paced and crowded environment (railway station)
- Open to shift-based work, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn on-ground operations
