We're looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth, win new clients, and build lasting relationships in the digital services space. If you thrive in a rapid-paced environment and love closing deals, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue current business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects
Deliver tailored sales presentations and product demos to prospective clients
Negotiate and close deals while maintaining client satisfaction
Nurture client relationships to drive retention and repeat business
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy

Requirements

1–2 years of B2B sales or business development experience
Prior experience in a digital marketing agency, IT services, or web development sales is strongly preferred




Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Bengali is a plus)
Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho or similar) and MS Office
Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media) and web development concepts
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient — comfortable handling rejection and working toward targets
