Roles and Responsibilities:*
Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications using ADABAS and Natural.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness in a mainframe environment.
Document development processes, technical specifications, and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing applications to ensure smooth operations.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to support continuous improvement.
Skills Required:*




Solid experience in ADABAS and Natural development for mainframe systems.
Valuable understanding of mainframe application design and development practices.
Proficiency in working with COBOL, VSAM, JCL, and DB2 is an added advantage.
Ability to troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in maintaining technical documentation and knowledge bases.
Education:* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
