- **Software Proficiency:** Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
- **Domain Knowledge:** Experience with cost accounting and manufacturing processes.
- **Analytical Skills:** Ability to analyze discrepancies in inventory or accounts.
- **Attention to Detail:** Precision in recording high-volume transactions.
