Role Overview
SwordNex Technologies Private Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and a passion for sales and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field visits
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
Present company services including software development, website development, mobile apps, digital marketing, and training services
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
Achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal technical and marketing teams
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive negotiation and convincing ability
Basic understanding of IT services (preferred)
Target-oriented mindset
Self-motivated and proactive approach
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Qualification
Any Degree (Marketing / Business / IT preferred)
MBA (Marketing) – Added advantage
Experience
0–2 years of experience in sales / business development
Freshers with strong communication skills can apply

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹10,081.88 - ₹12,000.00 per month
