Motion Graphic Designer

Location: Pune (Full time, On-Site)

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling motion designs, producing and editing videos, and developing high-quality graphics for digital platforms.

Experience in a digital marketing or creative agency environment is highly preferred , as the role requires handling multiple projects simultaneously and delivering within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Design and create engaging motion graphics for corporate videos, testimonials, infomercials, marketing demos, and digital campaigns.
Edit raw footage, add visual effects, sound design, and enhance graphics to produce polished final outputs.
Conceptualize and execute creative ideas aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
Support performance and brand marketing campaigns with cutting-edge visual storytelling.
Maintain version control and organized file structures for all creative assets.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in motion design and video production.




Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and design teams to deliver cohesive visual solutions.

Qualifications & Skills
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Motion Design and Video Production.
Strong motion graphics portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical proficiency.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite:
After Effects
Premiere Pro
Illustrator
Photoshop
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field.
Experience in 3D modeling and production is a plus.

Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency .
Basic understanding of performance marketing creatives (ads, reels, short-form content).
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as:
Generative AI for visual ideation
AI video enhancement tools
AI-assisted editing workflows
Ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, concept generation, and production speed.
