Salesforce Business Analyst – Data Analytics (Snowflake & Tableau)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with strong Data Analytics expertise to bridge business needs with data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) , Snowflake Data Warehousing , and Tableau Reporting , along with strong data modeling capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce and analytics solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications and data requirements
- Design and optimize data models, reference tables, and data relationships
- Collaborate with data engineering teams for Snowflake data warehouse design and implementation
- Create insightful dashboards and reports using Tableau for business decision-making
- Perform data analysis, data validation, and data quality checks
- Support Salesforce enhancements (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud) from a BA perspective




- Work with cross-functional teams including Developers, QA, and Product Owners
- Ensure alignment between Salesforce data and downstream analytics platforms
- Drive UAT, documentation, and stakeholder communication

Required Skills

- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce ecosystem
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
- Good understanding of data warehousing concepts (Snowflake preferred)
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, schema design, and reference data management
- Experience in Tableau dashboard creation and data visualization
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis
- Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentation, and UAT support
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

- Salesforce certifications (Admin / BA / Platform App Builder)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Exposure to ETL tools or data pipelines
- Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks
