About the Role

n

We are looking for a skilled Arista Network Engineer to manage, operate, and optimize our enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Arista switches, routing protocols, network automation, and large-scale IT network management.

Key Responsibilities

n
Design, implement, and maintain Arista-based network solutions across data centers and enterprise environments.
Configure and manage Arista EOS switches, routing platforms, and network services.
Troubleshoot complex network issues and ensure high availability and performance.
Manage Layer 2 & Layer 3 network components including VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, EVPN, VXLAN, etc.
Work with network monitoring tools to detect anomalies and optimize performance.
Implement network security measures, including ACLs, role-based access, and segmentation.
Perform firmware upgrades, patch management, and preventive maintenance.




Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams for network-related support and project delivery.
Document configurations, network diagrams, and operational SOPs.
Support automation initiatives using Python, Ansible, or Arista CloudVision (CVP).

Required Skills & Expertise

n
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in IT Network Management.
Robust hands-on experience with Arista EOS, CloudVision Portal (CVP), and network automation.
Proficiency in routing & switching protocols (OSPF, BGP, ISIS, STP, VXLAN/EVPN).
Valuable understanding of data center networking concepts and architectures.
Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, PRTG).
Ability to analyze packet captures (Wireshark, tcpdump).
Knowledge of firewall technologies is an added advantage.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
