Openings for customer service representatives { voice process }

Qualification: UG or above

Experience: Freshers who are an excellent or good communicators in English, can also apply

Salary: 20K to 28K

Joining bonus: 30K on completion of six months in the company & 50K for outstation candidates { need to work in organization for one year or above, however, if you leave before one year, then candidate needs to return the joining bonus }

Shift: 24/7

Week off: Two rotational

Cab: One way shuttle during day time & one end cab in odd hours { within 23 km radius }

Location: Hyderabad

Age limit: 40 years

Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and building lasting relationships. This role is crucial to our company's success as you will directly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to our overall brand reputation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.




- Analyze customer feedback and identify trends to improve service quality.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Required Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for providing excellent service.
- Experience in customer service or a related field.
