Onboarding Executive Location Saltlake, Kolkata Experience 1 to 4 years , Roles and Responsibilities Assist in the new hires and management process, including documentation, tracking, and gathering required information.

Manage Joining Formalities and release Offer Letters.

Coordinate with Multiple Teams at the time of new joiners., Maintain records through HRMS Software (Spine).

Execute background checks, track, and adjust the process as needed based on any new requirements.

Perform other duties as assigned or required as per business needs..

Requirements Requirements:, Bachelor's degree Proven experience in HR or talent acquisition, with specific experience in onboarding being a plus.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage several new hires' onboarding simultaneously.

Excellent interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and positive environment for new employees..
